Refund Processing Timeline:

Once a refund request has been successfully submitted and approved, the refund process will be completed within 7–10 working days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that processing time may vary slightly depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

Return Process:

After a return claim is approved, customers must follow the return instructions provided by our support team. Refunds will be initiated after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Broken or wrong product:

If you received a broken and wrong/unusable product then you can ask for a refund in our help center. You can claim a partial refund for broken products. In this case, you need to send some videos and still pictures as evidence.

If seller not ship the international products:

The maximum time of reaching the product is 90 days (Depend on buyer protection time). After this time period, you can claim the refund.
